Day 8

Tonight we will be having dinner with Ron and his wife Stephanie. But in the mean time, there was some practice that we wanted to get in, as we would be teaching tomorrow night. We also had a little while to take a look at the town we were in, Dickinson was not very big and we were able to see most of it in a short amount of time. It was a good day, we were all able to get our different Power Point presentations completed. We headed over to the Hodson house for dinner, when we arrived Ron was just finishing up with the grilling of dinner. It was so nice to get the chance to sit down with Ron and his wife and to hear what the Lord is doing here in Dickinson. God has opened so many doors for ministry here for Ron and the family. After dinner Stephanie went over to the church(they live right next door) and grabbed the guitars for a time of worship with the girls. Soon we were all sitting around and sing worship. It was hard to tear ourselves away from their home and head back to our hotel room, but it was getting late and we needed to get back. When you are a part of a group that is traveling on the road there are going to be things that come out, and this was happening today. The Lord has blessed this group in so many ways, we have now spent the last 10 months with one another and there is no hesitation to talk to one another about issues we might be having. The level of communication in the group has been very good, but the enemy will try new tactics on this day. Tonight we had such a great time of prayer after we got back from dinner, we were able to see the attack from the enemy and rally around one another and help each other. Our relationships within the group are only getting stronger as we lean on the Lord and lift one another up. The more we realize that we have so much to learn, the more God is able to teach us. Praise the Lord for He is good
